Position Overview
To identify the needs of customers, match customer needs with our service offering, drive the business for growth, retention and scale of new and existing customers through customer satisfaction. These results would be achieved through lead conversion and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Specific Role Responsibilities

  1. Call Handling • Ensure that the clients are informed of the procedures of the company and applicable financial Institutes regarding Finance Applications • Manage customer situations • Respond promptly to the needs of the customer and solicit feedback to improve service • Respond to requests for service or assistance from the branches • Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by Auto Pedigree • Following up on each enquiry and ensuring that the client was given efficient time to respond • Attend to outbound and inbound calls with speed and efficiency 2. Problem Solving • Analyze the various parts of a situation properly and develop logical solutions • Identify and escalate priority issues • Maintain calmness in a difficult situation besides upholding the values of the organization • Resolve problems efficiently and professionally 3. Administrative Duties • Update the Lead Management System with regards to feedback on leads • Record all activities on the required reports • Email correspondence from clients 4. Customer Service • Ensure that the clients are informed of the procedures of the company and applicable Financial Institutes regarding Finance Applications • Manage customer situations • Respond promptly to the needs of the customer and solicit feedback to improve service Respond to requests for service or assistance from the clients Build customers interest in the services and products offered by Auto Pedigree and promoting brand awareness through marketing and opportunities Customer Service Orientation 5. Miscellaneous • Participate in sales and team meetings • Participate in sales training • Follow department standard operating procedures • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company • Any other duties as assigned
    Qualifications and Experience
    Minimum Experience 2 years relevant Experience Minimum Qualification Grade 12/ Senior Certificate Minimum Requirements Computer literate with a basic level of competence with Excel and Outlook A valid South African ID document A valid drivers licence The appointed person will be required to work, shifts, some weekends and travel.
