What you will be doing;
The purpose of this position is to maintain a clean and orderly working environment, with
the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of
cleanliness.
Operational Excellence
Adheres to scheduled shifts, rostered start times, end times, break times and any
scheduled activities.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout the environment
Provides and maintains a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying
surroundings for the employees, and visitors.
Promotes sanitary conditions which prevent the spread of infection and odors.
Maintains facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning
and replacement of equipment and furnishings.
Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials
Records and reports damaged, lost or stolen property
Health and Safety
Reports any needed repairs immediately to supervisor
Uses safety precautions in all cleaning services
Complies with all regulations health and safety regulations when handle various
cleaning solvents and chemicals
Uses all cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Customer Service
Consistently delivers superior customer service
Responds to all customers with willingness and appropriate tone and languag
