Ensure that the EE report is submitted to the Department of Labour annually

Experience and Qualifications :
Relevant Degree
Knowledge of office processes, procedures and technology.
Experience in training, BBBEE, Skills and good understanding of business training and development needs
Logical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Sound trouble-shooting skills.
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
Sound team management and work scheduling experience.
Work requires willingness to work to a flexible schedule.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to build strong links with the other departments of the business.
