Responsible for effective maintenance of the administrative functions of the branch.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

1-year administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Accurately capture month-end stock data.
Compile a list of stock to be counted, coordinate, plan and organise weekly/monthly stock counting.
Perform weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
Oversee stock movements/rotations.
Perform reconciliation of raw material stock.
Issue purchase orders and receipts, manage and control outstanding orders.
Issue credit notes and complete credit note register.
Responsible for petty cash and control cash sales Adifo vs SAP.
Correct identified costing errors.
Compile monthly reports and ensure that documents are filed correctly.
Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries.
Process diesel orders, capture diesel sheets, and prepare weekly and monthly diesel reconciliations.
Order stationery and refreshments
Process vehicle license orders
Issue and capture completed job cards.
Attend to and resolve debtor and creditor queries and file Filing of Debtors’/Creditors’ invoices.
Prepare batch reports reconciliation and filing.
Internal & External invoicing
POD confirmation prior receipt & budget report exceptions
Handle incoming/outgoing mail.
Prepare Transport & Production reports.
Assist with switchboard and HR duties when required.
Hand documents order & control
Printing & binding of registers on request
