Responsibilities
Prepare and cook KFC products using approved CSL procedures when instructed by the manager
Portion ingredients and cooked products using approved CSL procedures
Holds all raw and cooked products to standard holding period and temperatures in the appropriate equipment
Follow standard procedures and schedules for cleaning and sanitising food preparation and storage areas, equipment and utensils.
Capture product preparation information and monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expirations dates and times for products
Comply with all rules, regulations and working practises at all times, including those relating to grievances.
Adhere to YUM culture principals
Act like a customer maniac by achieving CER standards and delivering 100% CHAMPs with a YES! attitude on every shift.
Perform other duties from time to time as requested by the Restaurant General Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager or shift supervisor
