Managed People Solutions is looking to hire an Administrator for a very well-known liquor Company based in either Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate individuals or departments, as and when required.
Scheduling: Manage calendars and appointments for team members and executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, as and when required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and files, and assist with data retrieval as needed.
Financial Support: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management, as and when required.
Customer Service: Interact with clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Documentation: Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. This includes working on excel spreadsheets and reporting on findings.


Grade 12
Proven experience in administrative or office support roles would be beneficial.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Adaptability and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
