Job description
Responsibility:
Issue and monitor quantities
Reconciling stock on hand to the amount on the system
Distributing stock to the departments
Acknowledge request of orders placed at the branch
Adhere to the correct procedures and co-ordinate.
Conduct the month-end stock take
Minimum requirements
National Senior certificate/ Grade 12
Computer/IT knowledge – Microsoft Windows (MS words, Excel etc.)
Honesty & Integrity
A good understanding of Stock Control
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
Strong administrative and people skills
Detail Oriented
Team player
Multi-tasking
